Privacy and cookie policy

1. Contact and scope
e2b (e2building.com). For privacy questions and rights requests: proyectos@e2building.com. This page explains processing on this website. External checkout sites and social networks have their own policies.
2. Enquiries and forms
If you contact us, we process your name, email, company if provided and message to answer and handle your request. Do not include sensitive data. The legal basis is handling your request and, where applicable, steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding (art. 6(1)(f)). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.
Our enquiry retention policy is up to 12 months without a relationship; if a contractual relationship starts, necessary data are kept during that relationship and applicable legal periods. You may request deletion, except for data that must be retained by law.
3. Google Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to measure visits, pages viewed, site use and technical data such as browser, device and approximate geographical information. It uses cookie identifiers; data are not anonymous merely because your name is absent. The basis is consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and Spanish LSSI art. 22(2)).
Before acceptance, or if you reject, we do not load the tag or send measurement requests to Google Analytics. We do not use cookieless measurement instead of respecting rejection. The website tag disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals. We do not send form contents, names or emails as analytics parameters; the page URL sent excludes its query and fragment.

GA cookies are first-party cookies on this website although Google provides the service. Their lifetime does not automatically renew on every visit. Cookie duration is not the retention period of reports in the Analytics account. Contact the email above for the retention period applicable to data from your visit.
5. Accept, reject or withdraw
"Accept analytics" and "Reject analytics" appear at the same level with the same format. Rejection does not limit access to the site. Continuing to browse is not acceptance. There is only one optional category: analytics.
Use "Cookie settings" on any page to change your choice. To withdraw, select "Withdraw analytics consent" or "Reject analytics". This deletes GA cookies on this domain and stops measurement; if the tag was already loaded, the page reloads to stop it too. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already sent or affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can request rights by email. Your choice is specific to this browser; clearing its storage or using another browser causes the notice to appear again.
6. Providers, recipients and transfers
Hostinger hosts the website and may process technical connection data to provide and protect the service. Formspree delivers the contact form and receives the data you submit. Google receives measurement data only if you accept. This replaces our earlier statement that no third parties were involved.
Formspree states that it processes data in the United States and other countries where it operates and uses standard contractual clauses as a processor. Google describes processing on servers in different countries and mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. These are provider statements, not a guarantee that all data remain in the EEA.

The website also downloads technical resources (fonts, styles and icons) from external providers. These connections may transmit IP addresses and technical data to deliver resources; rejecting Analytics does not remove them. They are not used as a replacement for rejected analytics.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable at proyectos@e2building.com. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects based on this website analytics.
